These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 5jilli platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using 5jilli, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 5jilli platform, including its website, mobile application, and any related services offered by 5jilli (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 5jilli Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
Age Restriction: 21+ Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the 5jilli Platform. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine law.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The 5jilli Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 5jilli does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 5jilli Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Identity Verification. 5jilli reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 5jilli may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 To access the full features of the 5jilli Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 5jilli will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 You must notify 5jilli immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You can contact our 24/7 support team via live chat for immediate assistance.
3.4 5jilli reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of identity, or violation of these Terms.
3.5 You agree to keep your account information up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number or email address must be submitted through the account settings page and may require re-verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 5jilli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. 5jilli reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 5jilli wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the 5jilli Platform is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours. 5jilli does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4.6 Verification Before Withdrawal. 5jilli reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedure. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.
Anti-Money Laundering: 5jilli is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety.
5.1 5jilli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Players are advised to read all promotion terms carefully before opting in.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 5jilli reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, colluding with other players, or using automated software to place bets.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the promotion terms. 5jilli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the 5jilli Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 6.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. 9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 5jilli.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of 5jilli's intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5jilli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 5jilli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5jilli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 5jilli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5jilli's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 You may close your 5jilli account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days.
11.2 5jilli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.3 Upon termination of your account for cause, 5jilli reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account where such balance is reasonably believed to be derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through 5jilli's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.3 5jilli operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 5jilli may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
13.1 5jilli reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Where changes are material, 5jilli will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details.
13.2 Your continued use of the 5jilli Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
